Smart TransPRK (also called Smart Full Laser) and LASEK are flap-free, no-contact surface refractive treatments, designed for patients with thin corneas or those who refuse corneal flap procedures.

How It Works

Smart TransPRK uses excimer laser to ablate corneal epithelium and refractive stroma in one fully automated step, with no mechanical tools touching the eye. LASEK creates a thin epithelial flap via gentle ethanol treatment for stromal reshaping. No corneal flap is generated in either technique. Correction range: Myopia 100–800 degrees, Astigmatism ≤600 degrees.

Overview

ICL is a reversible "add-on" refractive surgery that requires zero corneal tissue removal. A thin biocompatible Collamer lens is implanted inside the eye to correct high myopia and astigmatism, the gold standard for thin-cornea or high-myopia patients.
